1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using moneymastery.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Subscription
MoneyMastery accounts are free to create. Lessons require an optional paid all-access subscription, billed monthly; the current price and billing terms are shown in your account before checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Course Access
An active subscription grants access to all available courses on the platform. Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share lesson materials.
4. Affiliate Program
Free account holders may participate in the affiliate program at no cost and earn commissions on referred subscriptions. Affiliate earnings are paid out subject to the program rules, including submission of valid tax information. MoneyMastery reserves the right to adjust commission rates or suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to bypass paywalls, scrape content, disrupt service, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, and platform materials are the property of MoneyMastery LLC. You receive a limited, revocable license to use content for your own learning while subscribed.
7. Disclaimers
MoneyMastery provides educational content only. We make no guarantees regarding income or financial results. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyMastery LLC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
